The ELAS Ventu laser micro machining system can be equipped with an Ytterbium doped nanosecond fiber laser, a fast and precise galvo-scanner or fast high precision X-Y positioning long travel stages. Additional units like Machine Vision with automatic sample recognition, provision of processing and shielding gases, vacuum generator, etc. are included on custom request. System is dedicated for long run operation on silicon, metal alloys or ceramics high-speed cutting, drilling or high aspect ratio micro-milling.
