The ELAS Ventu laser micro machining system can be equipped with an Ytterbium doped nanosecond fiber laser, a fast and precise galvo-scanner or fast high precision X-Y positioning long travel stages. Additional units like Machine Vision with automatic sample recognition, provision of processing and shielding gases, vacuum generator, etc. are included on custom request.
